I had a dream
that bore many more,
not so long ago.
I made a wish for you and me
to be together, live happily,
not so long ago.
I strung a garland of paper-roses
fragrant like love as young hearts know,
not so long ago.
I climbed mountains (huff...puff....puffy....poof...pfffsttht...)
and scribbled ryhmes.....
Heck! that was really long ago!
